Love it!!! One of the best NY style pizza joints in San Diego. I have never tried anything besides the pizza slices but they are ALWAYS good. Consistent. Delicious. Mmmm. Makes my mouth water just thinking about the taste of it. Mmm.

When I say, "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" I mean it to say that this is as good as NY Pizza gets west of the Catskills. After living in LA for four years, I thought the only decent pizza I would get would be when I went back east to visit. I move to San Diego and what do you know, Bongiornos. Good crust, good cheese distribution, nice sauce, baked well.

Oh man, this place is good. There's not much more to say other than that. I come at lunch, and even though it's popular, there isn't really a line because they move you through so fast. But even with that speed, the guys there are so nice and friendly. The pesto pizza and barbeque chicken are awesome! Plus, you can just get two large slices with a drink for $7 even. My new favorite place for lunch.

Bongiorno's is authentic NY-style pizza from the thin-crusted, oily delight they serve to the wise-cracking, good-natured ribbing the employees deliver. The pizza is simply awesome. It's always hot, well prepared, and tasty, tasty, tasty! Run, don't walk to Bongiornio's if you enjoy East Coast-style pizza.

Well done. Well done. I took down a few slices of pepperoni here today on the way back to OB from Del Mar Race Track. Delicious. Thin crust had the perfect slight crunch. Pepperoni and sauce were both delicious.

I love this place, seriously the best pizza in san diego county. Pizzas are always consistent and delicious, seriously you can't not like their pizzas.

"Expected it to be good, but it was GREAT. Just had a a slice of Hawaiian and a slice of bbq pizza w/ caramelized onions and they were both perfect. Super fresh, hot, perfectly cooked thin crust, and the staff was very friendly. Will be back very soon!"
